DUNK TANK REQUIREMENTS & SAFETY RULES

Set‑Up Requirements

• Dunk tank must be placed on a level, flat surface.
• Customer must provide clear access to roll the tank into position.
• A working water source (hose connection) must be available.
• Tank cannot be operated near electricity.
• Backstop frame must be secured using the provided chain and ground spike.

Operator Requirements

• Adults only may operate or supervise the dunk tank.
• Operator must remain behind the tank or target area at all times.
• Operator must verify the seat is latched before each participant sits.

Participant Requirements

• Participants must be at least 5 feet tall.
• Maximum participant weight is 250 lbs.
• Only one person allowed on the seat or in the tank at a time.
• Participants must sit upright, hands on lap, legs together.
• Participants may not hold bars, seat edges, or stick feet through bars.
• Anyone who has used drugs or alcohol is not permitted in the tank.

Water Requirements

• Water level must be kept at least 6 inches below the top of the tank.
• Tank must be drained whenever not in use or left unattended.

Prohibited Actions

• Never stand on the seat.
• Never operate the dunk tank near electricity.
• Never allow multiple riders.

Towing Requirements (If Customer Pickup)

• A 2” trailer ball is required.
• Safety chains must be used at all times.
• Brake lights and turn signals must function.
• Hitch must fit snugly to the ball.
• Target arm, target plate, and balls must be stored in the tow vehicle.
